The Progression of Laser Therapy

The patient presented with contaminated, open wounds with some bone
exposure at the hock. Most of the skin over the wounds was dying and after
removing the dead tissue, the wounds had to be left open because of the
size and tension over the areas. Usually these wounds take at least 3
months to heal with major scarring.

Utilizing Laser Therapy twice weekly along with bandage changes, pain
management, and antibiotic therapy, the patient's wounds healed very well
in less than 8 weeks with much less scarring than expected.

Laser Therapy allows your pet to heal faster after surgery or traumatic
injury and it eases the pain and improved mobility without the use of
pharmaceuticals and surgery.
